Preserving Your Family’s Treasured Memories

Why We Do What We Do

When my grandpa passed away, I took on the role of gathering photos for a slideshow at his memorial service. Like many families, my grandma had over 20 photo albums and countless storage totes filled with memories—framed photographs, children's artwork spanning generations, and newspaper clippings celebrating family milestones.

While sorting through these treasures alongside my aunts and uncles, we spent hours sharing stories and reliving those precious moments. It quickly became clear how many photos everyone wished they could keep for themselves. I was grateful to scan and send digital copies to everyone, but the experience sparked a bigger realization:

When loved ones pass, who gets the original albums? And how do you ensure every family member can keep those memories alive?

Our Mission / Value Proposition

Peace of Mind for Your Family Legacy

Our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents grew up in an era where physical photos and albums were the only way to preserve history. Leaving those memories in a single box or album often means hard decisions about who gets to keep them.

The Ohana Vault was created so no family has to make that choice. We handle your physical photos, documents, and artwork with the utmost care—digitizing them as if they were our own—so every family member receives their own clear, lasting digital collection.
